Cornerstone Cafe is a warm and friendly volunteer-run cafe in Plaistow, London. Our delicious cakes, soups, sandwiches, and hot drinks are prepared with love especially for you! Home of the Cornerstone Frothy Coffee and the best traditional bread pudding in the East End, we're open:

With the closing of Choir and Singing Mamas, as well as the winding down of Olders group at the end of March, there is a bit of change going on at Cornerstone. But with change comes room for growth and new things, like these beautiful spring flowers!

It'll be exciting to see what comes along next.

Our Community Choir is coming to an end and we want to say a big thank you to Ben, who has composed and patiently taught us all how to sing beautiful harmonies and grow in confidence. You have done more for all of us than words can describe and we hope your job goes really well! Thank you!

This month we say goodbye to our wonderful choir who will having their last performance at the Open Mic Night on the 20th February.
Our other groups are happening as usual, which is fantastic!
We also have some calendars left, which will now be discounted to £7.50, so do grab one whilst you can!

Happy New Year! Here is what's happening in January. Our Cafe is back up and running from Wednesday 7th January and the groups return the week after.
