From 5am prep and lighting the charcoal grills to fresh produce arriving three times a week, quality starts with the ingredients.

Our fruit and vegetable supplier, Dynos, has been delivering to Halepi for around 50 years, including the baby cucumbers we import especially for our tzatziki. 📍

Kosta makes his version of traditional Greek Papoutsakia here at Halepi London 🇬🇷

Papoutsakia is a classic Greek dish made with aubergine, minced meat and tomato, topped here with Mastelo cheese from Chios, cherry tomatoes and grated halloumi, then baked until golden. 📍
