🍕 The true taste of Naples, in every bite.

At our pizzeria, we make authentic Neapolitan pizza, including the iconic “Ruota di Carro” — famous for its generous size, thin centre and beautifully soft crust.

We use Caputo flour, renowned for its exceptional quality, to create a dough that is light, soft and easy to digest, while respecting the tradition of true Neapolitan pizza making.

If there’s one thing that has kept me going in life, even through the hardest moments, it’s being Neapolitan.

To me, being Neapolitan means learning how to endure. It means falling down and always finding a reason to get back up. It means still being able to smile when life puts obstacles in front of you that seem impossible to overcome.

Neapolitans adapt, fight, create and dream. We can go through a thousand difficulties, but somehow we always find a way to move forward.

Naples taught me exactly that: you can lose a lot, you can go through difficult times, but as long as you still have that strength, that hunger and that desire to rise again inside you, you are never truly defeated.

And maybe that’s the most important thing I carry with me wherever I go:

I’m Neapolitan. And a Neapolitan always finds a way to start again. ❤️💙

This year, I had the opportunity to take part in the Caputo Trophy in Naples, an experience I will carry with me for a long time.

Coming back to London with the title of World Champion 2026 is an incredible achievement, especially because behind this result there are years of hard work, sacrifices, challenges, mistakes, and above all, a deep passion for what I do every single day.

Bravi Ragazzi is much more than just a pizzeria to me: it is the place where I continue to bring my vision of Neapolitan pizza to life, always trying to improve and take another step forward.

This title is an important milestone, but the desire to keep growing is stronger than ever. 🇮🇹🍕🏆

After around five years of working together and sharing the same journey, about two years ago I decided to begin a new chapter in my professional life.

From that moment, I chose to carry on the tradition of Bravi Ragazzi in London independently, preserving everything this project has represented over the years: passion, sacrifice, Neapolitan identity, and a true love for authentic pizza.

It was an important decision, made with awareness and with the desire to continue growing Bravi Ragazzi while staying true to our roots and always looking towards the future.

Today, this story continues every single day, with the same passion as always. 🇮🇹🍕
