🍷 Tonight's Special: Hare au Vin

A proper French classic, on for one night only at The Red Setter. A rabbit leg braised until it's meltingly tender, with earthy mushrooms and sweet silverskin onions, all resting on a bed of soft, buttery mashed potato. We finish it by pouring its own rich braising sauce right over the top, then a scatter of fresh chives to lift it. The kind of plate that asks you to slow down, pour a glass, and settle in for the evening.

Candlelight optional, but highly recommended. Booking in for tonight is the safe bet, this one won't hang around.
