Looking for a Head Chef. Duties as follows-
Menu development and costing.

Ensuring all kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Stock control and ordering.

Overseeing maintenance of kitchen equipment and organising repairs where necessary.

Kitchen Staff rotas.

Managing, training and recruiting the kitchen brigade.

Collaborating with the catering division on menus and staffing where necessary.

Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
