Three new coffees just landed in our bags — and each one's doing something a little different around here.
☕ Aquiares, Costa Rica — honey, pomegranate, apple
Grown on the slopes of Turrialba volcano, on a farm that's been going since 1890. This red honey process brings vibrant fruit, real sweetness and serious clarity to the cup.
☕ The Fields: Buena Vista, El Salvador — toffee, apple, molasses
Back by popular demand. A small lot from the JASAL family's El Molino farm, hand-picked at deep red ripeness and naturally processed. Works just as well as espresso or filter.
☕ El Witano, Guatemala — Liquorice, pear, blackberry
Grown high in Huehuetenango by Marvin Soliz, we've been sourcing it since 2016 and we love it because this one breaks the rules: it skips the usual chocolate-and-nut Guatemalan profile for bright fruit and a lively acidity instead.
All three are available at our cafes in Broadway Market and Deal and online now. Which one you're trying first?
