Rustled up a selection of middle eastern dishes tonight: cannellini bean salad, figs with green beans and roasted almonds, garlic potatoes but the winner was definitely the seared beef with pomegranate and balsamic dressing 👌🏼thank you for the delicious recipe!

Just a few dishes from yesterday’s feast- our home made focaccia bread, fava e cicore (puréed fava beans with garlic), fresh courgette ribbons with lemon, mint, pine nuts and Parmesan. Recreating some of the flavours from our recent trip really transported us back to the beautiful region of Puglia ☀️ 🍹💛

Had the most delicious experience last night at

Almost everything that came to out of their amazing kitchen was grown on their farm. We were served 8 delicious courses, including octopus with courgette cream and this amazing tart with cherries and almonds (to die for!)

Had the most delicious experience last night at Masseria Frantoio- most of the food is grown in their farm. We were served 8 delicious courses - among some of them octopus with courgette cream, peperonata and tarte with cherries and almonds. All in the most beautiful setting!
