Wednesday 16 September is Mexican Independence Day, and we’re celebrating in style. To mark the occasion, every guest will receive a trio of shots on the night - one in each colour of the Mexican flag: a cucumber margarita, green and refreshing; horchata, creamy and laced with cinnamon; and a strawberry margarita, bright red and sharp.
