Experience the craft of gin-making first-hand during an intimate evening at Joshua's Tavern. Hosted by the founders of Salcombe Distilling Co., the evening offers a closer look at the distillation process, revealing how a carefully selected collection of botanicals comes together to create the spirit.

Guests will be welcomed with a Salcombe Gin cocktail and a small plate before taking a seat at the bar for the live gin distillation. The evening includes an introduction to botanical selection and the distillation process behind a bespoke spirit, followed by a tasting of three gins and one rum, each paired with a canapé-sized dish.

The bespoke spirit featured during the demonstration takes its final turn in an ice-cold martini, served alongside fries. Throughout the evening, guests can meet the Salcombe founders and team.
