I just wanted to make gelato… and somehow ended up here! 😂🎧🍦

From our little shop in Hammersmith to some of the most incredible music festivals, we’ve had the opportunity to share Bertotti Gelato with artists we’ve admired for years.

Behind every cup is a lot of hard work, long festival days and unforgettable moments.

Music brings people together. So does gelato. ❤️

Which DJ would you love to see enjoying a Bertotti next? 👀

Episode 3 — The History Behind the Scoops 🍦🌍

Why do we collect gelato cups from around the world?

Because every cup has something to teach us.

Whenever we travel, we look for gelato makers, small shops and chefs doing something different. We taste their flavours, discover new ingredients and experience how different cultures approach gelato.

Italy, Colombia, Japan, Spain… everywhere has its own flavours, techniques and traditions.

We don’t travel thinking we know everything. We travel because there is always something new to learn.

And we bring that inspiration back to Bertotti — always learning, experimenting and trying to make the next scoop better than the last.

So yes… we collect the cups. But what we’re really collecting is knowledge. ❤️🍦

What country do you think we should visit next for gelato inspiration?

Our customers are more than customers — they become part of the Bertotti family. ❤️

We don’t just make gelato and sorbets for restaurants. We work alongside their chefs, understand their menu, learn from their experience and create flavours together.

This time, we worked with Adriana from Cavita to create a papaya sorbet made especially for their menu. 🍈

Every collaboration teaches us something new — and that’s what keeps making Bertotti better, one scoop at a time.

Episode 2/100 — The Stories Behind the Scoops 🍨

Sometimes the smallest moments end up becoming part of the biggest story.

This one happened long before Bertotti became what it is today… and I definitely didn’t know at the time where it would lead. 😂

Watch until the end — this is one of those stories we’ll never forget.

What do you think happened? 👀

Meet Sea Buckthorn 🧡 A tiny berry with a seriously big personality.

Naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, but what we really love is its flavour — bright, sharp, fruity and naturally tangy. That acidity makes it perfect for sorbet: refreshing, vibrant and beautifully balanced.

It’s exactly what we love doing at Bertotti — discovering unusual ingredients and turning them into flavours people remember. 🍦✨

Have you ever tried Sea Buckthorn before? 👀👇

From Colombia 🇨🇴 to building Bertotti in London 🇬🇧🍦

This interview is particularly special to us. The person interviewing us is the same person we trusted to help deliver the money we raised during the emergency in Colombia directly to the people who needed it.

Years later, we’re sitting together talking about our journey, our family and how Bertotti was built.

Some connections are bigger than business. ❤️

This is only Part 1.

Our customers are more than customers — they become part of the Bertotti family. ❤️

We love working alongside our chefs, creating bespoke gelato and sorbets specifically for their menus. We learn from their experience, they challenge us with new ingredients and ideas, and together we create something unique.

This time, we’re with the incredible Chef Adriana Cavita, creating a fresh papaya sorbet for Cavita. 🧡

Collaborations like this are what make Bertotti better every day — learning, experimenting and growing together, one scoop at a time. 🍨

What is Sea Buckthorn? 👀🧡

These tiny bright orange berries might not look like much, but they’re packed with flavour — intensely tart, citrusy and incredibly refreshing.

Sea buckthorn is naturally rich in vitamin C and contains antioxidants, including carotenoids and flavonoids, as well as naturally occurring fatty acids.

At Bertotti, we turn this incredible fruit into a smooth, refreshing Sea Buckthorn Sorbet — letting the fruit and its distinctive sharp flavour do the talking. 🌿🍊

And this little berry has already taken us somewhere pretty special: our Sea Buckthorn Sorbet has been featured in Vogue magazine. ✨

Sometimes the most unusual ingredients make the most memorable scoops.

Would you try it? 👇
