🇮🇹 Mix di antipasti (parmigiana di melanzane, pappa al pomodoro, ragù napoletano, caponatina, mazzafrissa, polentine fritte con lardo e miele, capocollo, arancini)
🍊 Arancino cacio e pepe al tartufo
🧀 Burrata con verdure arrosto
💚 Cavatelli alla crema di pistacchio con ricotta e guanciale croccante
🍆 Melanzana ripiena di pappa al pomodoro con fonduta di pecorino, formaggio grattugiato, chips di melanzana, e salsa ai 5 pomodori
🥧 Mix di dolci (4 dolci diversi a seconda di ciò che la mamma ha preparato quel giorno)

Raga cucina buonissima! 🤤

This is Mamma’s Cavatelli al Pistacchio with Guanciale e Ricotta, and it is pure comfort in a bowl.

Our Italian Mammas hand-roll the fresh cavatelli, tossing it through a rich, vibrant pistachio pesto. Add in the crunch of golden, crispy guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh ricotta melting straight into every groove of the pasta and it’s absolute magic.

Mamma always makes sure everyone leaves full and happy.
