A Georgian classic, with a rather unexpected companion.

Walnut satsivi is traditionally served with chicken in Georgia, but our chef David Chelidze has other plans for it 👀

This time, its creamy, nutty richness meets radicchio — a leaf with a famously bitter disposition. The satsivi softens the bitterness, the radicchio cuts through the richness, and together they make rather a good match.

A little unexpected, quite seasonal, and only here for a couple more weeks… I guess summer is officially over soon 🫶🏻

I guess we’ll never know…

I wish I could say that. Unfortunately, that would be quite untrue — for the last warm days of the season are still upon us.

The terrace is preparing to close its doors for the season: its final hours, its final glasses, its final golden evenings before bidding us farewell🌿

But do not despair, dear Londoner.

Everything that made the terrace so special has not disappeared. It has simply moved indoors, where it will await you until next season ✨

Dear tradition-lovers, brace yourselves — we twisted one thing 🌿

Tashmijabi has always meant potato and cheese. Ours swapped the potato for celeriac, chasing a lighter texture and a hint of aniseed. The rest? Untouched, as it should be.

Paired with plaice and a kale, asparagus, and green pea sauce, it’s tradition with one very good secret 🤫

Khinkali just got a summer twist 🌿

For Chef David nettle is a taste of Georgian summers — wild, green, and worlds away from the meat-filled khinkali you know.

He has paired that memory with something entirely English: Baron Bigod Brie. Earthy meets creamy, gently bound by a green adjika that trades its usual punch for something fresher and more herbaceous.

Before the first bite — dip. Warm, smoky aubergine into cool, creamy vanilla matsoni. And at the very end, a note of Svanetian salt to finish.

That same seasoning is what brings everything together — and opens a story worth telling.
In the mountains of Svaneti, salt was once as valuable as cattle. Blended with wild herbs and spices to make it last — it became something far more interesting than salt alone 🤍

By the time you order this, we’ve already spent 24 hours on it 🤍

Our corn-fed poussin is marinated for a full day in Georgian spices — Imeretian saffron, utskho suneli and Svan salt — before being cooked sous vide and finished in the oven.

It’s our take on chakhokhbili, Georgia’s classic pheasant stew, reimagined with locally sourced poussin and a rich tomato, pepper and adjika sauce.

No shortcuts. Just Georgian tradition, reimagined with respect.
