Alisha is truly one of a kind. With an incredible 10 years with the company, she’s become a much-loved part of our team and an absolute star behind the bar.

She knows exactly how to make the perfect cocktail, brings style and professionalism to everything she does, and gets along brilliantly with everyone on the team.

And as a mum, Alisha knows a thing or two about balance — managing work, family and everything in between with the same care and dedication she brings to every drink she creates.

She’s talented, caring, hardworking and always brings such a positive energy to the team. We’re so lucky to have Alisha behind our bar — she really is amazing.

A little sneak peek at Christmas here at Browns at West India Quay!

We hosted our Christmas showcase here, and what an amazing time it was! It was wonderful to see such a fantastic mix of people coming together to celebrate.

With the bubbles of Prosecco flowing, drinks at the bar, and delicious canapés being served, the festive atmosphere was truly magical.

It was such a beautiful evening filled with great people, good food, and plenty of Christmas cheer.
