My name is Carmen and Liliana is my sister. Growing up in Romania, we adored our mother’s traditional Italian and Romanian cooking. A (Italian)… dish called “Lasagna“ was a favourite, ''Zacusca'' (stuffed aubergines) was another. But when we moved out o
f the family home to study, we soon realised that people were working very hard in London and no one had time to cook family meals. We did start cooking for our flatmates, then for our husbands and finally for our kids. We are food lovers and moms who would like to share our favorite recipes with the world. Food makes us happy and we believe it will make you too. We find a lot of joy in making other people happy through delicious food. We are very fussy on choosing our ingredients and we prefer local farmers market, where to buy our food.
