It’s goodbye from us in Elephant & Castle ❤️🐰

Feels like ages ago now that we opened our doors when Elephant Park was still a building site. It’s been a blast and our wonderful team have done a great job looking after you lovely lot, but this chapter has come to an end.

Huge thank you to everyone who shared a pizza, popped in for a frozen magarita or made us part of their routine. Thank you all for the kind messages, your support means a lot to us and you’ve sure made this chapter of the Rabbits story a special one.

We are open up until Sunday night. While our time in Elephant & Castle is coming to an end, we’re still rocking it at our other South London sites. You can find us at:

One of the most important ingredients in sourdough pizza is time 🍕

We give our dough around 72 hours to mature, using just flour, water, oil, salt and our mama (sourdough starter).

The result isn’t Neapolitan pizza. It isn’t New York pizza either.

We call it London Sourdough Pizza: slightly crispier, slightly sturdier and super digestible.

And when we say sourdough, we do mean it. Our pizza carries the Real Bread Campaign’s Sourdough Loaf Mark. 🐰🍕
