We are pleased to introduce Ochazuke at Katsute100 Angel, available in limited quantities each day❣️

Ochazuke (お茶漬け) is a comforting Japanese dish where warm tea is gently poured over rice, creating a delicate and soothing bowl that is both simple and deeply satisfying.

Our rice has been specially blended in collaboration with .rice.factory.london to complement the flavour of our teas🌾🍵

We prepare our Ochazuke with shiokonbu, fragrant sobacha, ume, and nori, bringing together umami, aroma, and subtle acidity in a quietly elegant dish.

Available daily in limited quantity!

Two new teas is joining the Katsute selection!

Handpicked by a small, family run farm in Yame, Japan, we’re proud to serve the Organic Yame Sencha Yabukita and Organic Yame Shiraore Samidori in our tea houses.

Being cultivated with care for 55 years, starting from the very soil it grows in, these teas offer a rich umami flavour and a sense of true devotion.

Farms that have been able to maintain organic practices for such a long period of time are incredibly rare in Japan as most tea is now grown using chemical fertilisers to reduce costs and labour.

On February 13, we’ll be hosting a special Valentine’s event where you can pitch your single friend to an audience and why they should date them💖

Create a short-ish powerpoint highlighting any key bits you think the audience needs to know about your friend, the good the bad and anything in between.

After, there will be a socials event for everyone to mingle with each other!

Drinks will be served throughout the event.
