A couple of weeks ago, we brought a bit of Easter energy onsite with a relaxed, hands-on Easter egg decorating masterclass—led by our Chef Director, Mark. It was designed to be informal, creative, and genuinely enjoyable; a chance for people to step away from their desks and take part in something a little different.
Mark kept things light and engaging, encouraging everyone to get involved, experiment, and have a bit of fun with it. There was no pressure to be perfect—just a focus on creativity, interaction, and giving people the space to switch off and enjoy the moment.
The result? A room full of creativity, plenty of laughter, and a collection of beautifully (and sometimes brilliantly imperfect) decorated eggs that people were genuinely proud of. It’s a simple idea, done properly—bringing people together through food, creating a moment that feels considered, personal, and just a bit different from the everyday.
