Franciscan monks brought these peppers from South America to Galicia in the 16th century. 500 years later, they’re still on every tapas table in Spain and We bring them to London.
The catch? “🇪🇸Los pimientos de Padrón, unos pican y otros no” — some are mild, some will set your mouth on fire. There’s no way to tell until you bite.
