At Texture, we seek to emphasise the wonderful aspects of our local nature. Our mission is to create meals that involve all of our senses while encouraging our guests to explore different textures of food and wines - at the centre of the dining experience. Texture's style of cuisine is modern European with Scandinavian influences, and it focuses on combining and emphasising different consistencies

, using British produce that is sourced from both the earth and sea combined with ingredients from Sverrisson's native Iceland – a concept to savour. Texture Restaurant and Champagne Bar is housed in a beautifully restored Georgian building on Portman Square in the heart of Mayfair, and just minutes from Oxford Street. Additionally, we can provide a private dining room, which is ideal for smaller parties who seek an experience of refined dining in privacy

The Texture Champagne Bar welcomes diners for pre-dinner aperitifs, or those who want to take advantage of our award winning champagne and wine list. Located in Portman Square, the Texture Champagne Bar offers its patrons, and champagne enthusiasts, a selection of over 140 champagnes by the bottle, and a further five champagnes by the glass making Texture’s Champagne Bar one of London's most extensive champagne destinations.

In this first episode we take a peek in the kitchen to show you how our vegan truffle risotto is made.👨🏻‍🍳 The black Perigord truffle is in its prime in these winter months, and that’s why we let it take centre stage in our menu.
