A Bermondsey institution since 2003, a stone throw away from London Bridge, the Garrison has grown up with the surrounding neighbourhood, always with a nod to its original intention: to serve quality food & drink, and to do it with a smile. Highly focused on fresh British produce with the chefs changing menus frequently to highlight the best seasonal offering, sourced from local Bermondsey suppliers, and predominately from British farms and fishermen.
