Urban Pubs and Bars was formed by ex Realpubs founders Nick Pring and Malcolm Heap in 2014. UPB has ambitious growth plans having acquired its first 5 sites in its first 10 months of operating. The formula remains largely the same - recruiting exceptional operators who are passionate about food and drink and acquiring the best sites in a given area. Success is then finding the right offer and inve

sting in the right areas. Investing time and attention into the team that operate those sites is a major part of that investment. UPB plans to replicate the family culture that it created within Realpubs, harnessing the skills and expertise of its General Managers to evolve and expand the business. With the right team on board we anticipate a rapid expansion programme, exploring new areas and new styles of operating format to meet the growing London market.
