Useful Information:

- Lunch: Mon - Sun: 12 pm - 5 pm (last seating 4.30 pm)
- Tea time: Mon - Fri: 3 pm - 6 pm (A la carte menu not available, last order 5pm)
- Dinner 6 pm - 1 am (last order for food 11.15 pm, last order for drink 12.45 am)
- Dining time: 1,5 hours for lunch, 2 hours for dinner (groups of 8+ get exceptions)
- Russian Cartoons on Sundays 12-4 pm
- Karaoke on Tuesdays 7 pm (unless the venue is privately hired)
- We do not take reservations via Facebook

Торт «Прага» - десерт так любимый многими из нас, считается классикой наравне с «Наполеоном», «Киевским» и «Медовиком».

Назван так торт был в честь московского ресторана «Прага», в котором главным кондитером работал автор рецепта десерта – Владимир Гуральник. Пройдя длинный путь от помощника до мастера-кондитера, он в 1969 году возглавил цех.

Распространено мнение, что оригинальный рецепт «Праги» привезли с собой повара и кондитеры из Чехии. Но это не подтверждено никак фактами. Напротив, в чешской кулинарии рецепт торта «Прага» отсутствует.

Торту «Прага» был присвоен гостовский стандарт, благодаря которому десерт смог попробовать практически каждый житель СССР, кондитерские фабрики стали повсеместно выпускать легендарный шоколадный торт.
