A warm welcome to our new Head Chef, Francis Fletcher.
Francis, known to friends and colleagues as Frank, has a career spanning nearly two decades in restaurants. Working his way up from Chef de Partie at 32 Great Queen Street, to Head Chef at Soho institution Quo Vadis, with experimental stints in between, including as Sous Chef at a small natural w**e bar in Edinburgh. Frank joined Fischer’s in autumn 2026.
