Here at DA MARIO KENSINGTON we blend our own chilli oil using only EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL . Most supermarkets and many restaurants use refined seed oils because it’s cheaper and you can’t taste the difference with the chilli , but your health will suffer .
