We asked one of our regulars, Kiersten, what her favourite dish on the menu is, and without hesitation, she chose our Dingley Dell pork ribeye.

Served with sweet potato purée, cavolo nero, sweetcorn, and wild garlic chimichurri, it’s the perfect summer dish: satisfying and full of flavour, while still feeling light enough for warmer days.

We’re backing the optimism (with the exception of Alex, who’s keeping things realistic). Let’s just hope England do aswell as we expect!

Why? Because it’s England’s first World Cup game, and we’ll be showing it live instead! 🏆⚽
