There are incredible coffee professionals to discover all across Japan.
This month, we’re thrilled to feature Warmth from Takasaki, Gunma, founded by Hiroki Fukushima in 2021. warmth 福島 宏基
Warmth operates a café, roastery, and restaurant across the city, and this year marks their 5th anniversary. Congratulations to the entire Warmth team!
Alongside his work as a roaster, Mr. Hiroki is also involved in green coffee sourcing through SYU・HA・RI COFFEE IMPORTERS ().
This year is especially meaningful, as SYU・HA・RI has begun sourcing coffee directly from Peru, a producing country Mr. Hiroki has dreamed of focusing on for more than seven years, dating back to his time working in green coffee importing in Hyogo.
