Introducing Miraflores, our new single-origin filter coffee from Colombia, roasted by .

Grown by José Reinaldo Santos, who has tended his farm since 1995, this light-roasted coffee brings together bright notes of orange and lemon, delicate natural sweetness and a smooth, syrupy finish.

Carefully grown, thoughtfully roasted and freshly brewed.

Our menu moves with the seasons guided by what is fresh, available, and what inspires the kitchen.
A few plates currently on the board:
• Courgettes, labneh, fried capers & tarragon oil
• Asparagus & oyster mushrooms, pecorino

For us, red mullet is more than a fish. It carries something very Mediterranean.
The coast, the herbs, the olive oil, and the simplicity of food made with care.

It reminds us of the kind of dishes we grew up around. Fresh, generous, full of character, and made to be shared.

At PLANB, we serve it with vierge sauce, creamy dill potato mash and basil oil. A simple plate, but one that says a lot about who we are.
