Ever since the 1940s, people all around the world have gathered around this passion and explored a wide variety of ways to find thrill while expressing themselves.
Aside from improved balance and hand-eye coordination, increased fitness and concentration, recent researches show that skateboarding is also good for mental health. It boosts confidence, reduces boredom and stress, provides creative freedom and escapism.

And as of 2021, skateboarding is now included in the Olympics!
