Set across a grand multi-floor townhouse near Trafalgar Square, Colonel Saab is a richly decorated Indian restaurant inspired by the travels and collections of Colonel Manbeer and Mrs. Binny Choudhary. Gold-gilded artwork, coral-toned walls, chandeliers and ornate ceiling canopies create a striking backdrop throughout the building, which is home to a series of private and semi-private dining spaces.

Founder of David M. Schwarz Architects and recipient of the prestigious Driehaus Architecture Prize and Arthur Ross Award, David is celebrated for creating timeless buildings that bring together heritage, culture and community.

As a restaurant inspired by storytelling, craftsmanship and design, it was a particular honour to host someone whose work has shaped some of the world’s most admired civic and cultural spaces.

One of the most elegant and accomplished players of his generation, Dimitrov has spent over a decade competing at the very highest level of world tennis. A former World No. 3, ATP Finals Champion, Masters 1000 winner, and multiple ATP title holder, he has captivated fans across the globe with his artistry, athleticism and unwavering determination.

Known for his all-court game and timeless style of play, he remains one of the sport s most admired competitors, earning respect both on and off the court.

It was an honour to host Grigor during his time in London and to share a small part of his journey with an evening at Colonel Saab. We look forward to welcoming him back again soon.
