✨ A little bit about me:
I’m 26 years old and live in Richmond, most of our regular’s will know by now I have 2 children, 2 very beautiful little girls aged 6 and 1, in between work I love going for a coffee and a walk or trips out with friends and my family.
⁉️Random fact about me: i know my collegues will 100% agree with me on this one 😁 I am the biggest Mumford and Sons fan, I rarely listen to anything else! I was very lucky to see them live twice this past year 🪕

🌮 What’s your favourite dish on the menu?
Jae: It has got to be the belly pork! The red cabbage really adds to the dish and the belly pork itself is always cooked to perfection, our chef Kristen is a very talented lady 😋
🍹 What’s your favourite cocktail?
Jae: Definitely a Mojito 🍸 I usually love a raspberry Mojito, but sometimes I like to mix it up and have a different flavour depending what I want that day, we do 5 different flavours so it’s nice to try different options.
❓ What’s your favourite thing about working at Cocina?
Jae: For me, my favourite thing is the family feel I’ve always had with the staff and owners new and old, Cocina’s a small local business, which means we of course have a small team. It’s nice to work with people as a team where you begin to feel more like a family 🤍
