Sillpancho.

A traditional Bolivian dish. Fillet beef, marinated in egg, vinegar and pounded in breadcrumbs. Served with rice, fried medallion pre-boiled potatoes and two eggs. Topped with tomato, red onion and green pepper salad. Garnish with lemon and coriander.
