At just 16, he left Turkey to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. Years of dedication, experience and creativity led him to winning MasterChef Turkey.

Today, he’s bringing that passion to Nova, combining his Turkish roots with bold Pan-Asian flavours to create a menu that’s full of character, creativity and unforgettable taste.
