Okonomiyaki

(literally means ‘grilled as you like it’)

is a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients.
There are several styles of Okonomiyaki in Japan and
ours is a Osaka (Kansai) style.

The main dish will be Okonomiyaki (Osaka style).

Our last pop up of the year from 5 till the soba run out. It’s time for Toshikoshi Soba. Shiitake and Kombu Dashi are ready. Come have warm noodles and hear some good tunes. Happy holidays everyone x

Happy to be back to have our last 2025 pop up! Cooking Toshikoshi Soba noodles (年越し蕎麦) on 27th Dec as part of Japan Blues and we start serving at 5PM and the DJ starts at 7:30PM. This is a free event and you can just drop by and order on the day but we’ll only have limited number of Soba so if you don’t want to miss it you can book it through our website. Arigato very much for dropping by Drumsco this year, hope to see you and share a warm bowl and some good tunes as we close out 2025!
