It’s fascinating how we tend to hold onto what we love, ordering the same thing again and again and wanting it to stay exactly as it is, while the creative in us is constantly being pulled to evolve, to question, to make space for something new.
For Salma, usually that shows up as unexpected combinations, but this time the nudge was different - it was to take something classic and do it really, really well, without compromising on what matters.
So we moved from our original paleo cookie into something more expansive: a chocolate chip and a double chocolate that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar and refined sugar-free, with that same crackling top and soft, gooey center… and somehow, they’ve become the ones that disappear the fastest.
