We’ve been working on some seasonal menu updates - new pizzas, snacks, cocktails and desserts that we can’t wait to put in front of you.

And it’s not just Victoria Park - is getting the same treatment. A lil revamp, with brilliant new additions landing from June.

OG ACE Pizza fans may remember this gal from the Someday days in Finsbury Park. One of our favourite white base pizzas from the archives, back on the menu and now with a little upgrade of our miso mushrooms and whipped ricotta.

White base, fior di latte, miso & garlic mushrooms, ricotta, prosciutto cotto, basil and of course a little Grana Padano.

No need for tomato, trust us, order it immediately.

In honour of Paloma month, the kitchen have created an agave soaked masterpiece of a dessert in the “Paloma” Granita. Pink Grapefuit granita, drizzled in our house chilli agavé, a sprinkle of Tajin and fresh lime zest. It’s bright, tart and the ideal palate cleanser post your ACE Pizza pie.

You also have the option of adding a little mezcal on the side (highly recommended), drizzle it on, sip it between spoonfuls, do what you want with it, you won’t regret it.

This limited edition dessert is running alongside our Paloma Cocktail offerings for the month of May.

The Palermo, our most recent veggie offering and fast becoming a firm favourite at Victoria Park.

Loosely inspired by the Sicilian sfincione — that soft, spongey, breadcrumb-topped focaccia you find all over Palermo.

Topped with our deep slow cooked garlic tomato sauce.
Chunky fried aubergine.

Pizza crumb pangrattatto for texture and crunch and keeping that base crisp with all those juicy flavours.

At ACE Pizza, we’re big on crust. Not simply an afterthought, we feel pretty strongly they’re the star of the show.

Slow fermented dough, the best flour, baked hard for a blistered, crisp finish. Then a final touch before it hits the table - a drizzle of olive oil and a heavy grating of Grana Padano.

Simple, but it matters.

PALOMA MONTH PENDING

Earlier this year, Rachel and Tom spent some time in Mexico - immersed in the food, the drink, and the rhythm of it all.

There were many highlights but one of the moments that stayed with us was visiting a palenque with the Vago team. Seeing the process up close - the craft, the patience, the scale of it - was awe-inducing.

Not long after, got in touch about working together. We already pour their tequila in our Hot Honey Marg but jumped at the chance to get a little creative with one of our other favourites - The Paloma.

For May, we’re pouring a special menu of Palomas at Victoria Park. A classic, a sharp ACE Pizza take, and a non-alc version that still feels considered.

Running all month from the 1st at our Victoria Park location.

Fair warning: Since his trip, Tom is on a mission to convert everyone to Vago Mezcal. He will try to hijack your Hot Honey Marg.

We’re celebrating spring this Slice Night as ‘Pints of Spring Fest’ arrives at The Pembo this May Bank Holiday! 🌺

We’ve created ‘The Green Goddess’ as an ode to the season, designed to pair perfectly with their upcoming beer festival featuring fresh saisons, easy-drinking session beers, and more.

Topped with Wye Valley asparagus, mascarpone, asparagus pesto, crushed pistachios, pecorino, basil, lemon zest, and a hint of chilli flakes.

Grab it on the 30th as a massive 20-inch pie or by the slice; then, much like the longer evenings, this special will be running throughout the bank holiday weekend as a 12-inch pie.

We’ve lined up the Francesco de Filippis Terrante (Tuscany, 2024) for the weekend: fresh, generous, and hitting with clean stone fruit notes.
