Wrong hall, right energy. This weekend I was at the NEC for the National Franchise Exhibition, delivering my keynote “From Solo to Scale: A Founder’s Playbook for Growth” and chatting to so many of you about bringing Bombay Pizza to your town 🍕

Five years ago I was running this business at night after my day job. This week I was on stage at the NEC talking about how we scaled it. Still pinching myself.
