VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE NUT BUTTER & BANANA PANCAKES 🥞🥞😍🤩😛

or as we like to call them.. guilt free pancakes! A perfect weekend brunch option made with organic buckwheat flour, we don’t use any refined sugar in our cafe so these are the healthiest they can be without comprising taste.

Topped with banana, nut butter of choice (Peanut or Almond Butter), goji berries, desiccated coconut and organic blue agave.

We also have tropical fruit pancakes if you’re feeling for something lighter. Both pancakes are available to order on our Uber Eats page

A hearty lunch for a cold windy day here in London. This one is a staple at VBC - our Buddha Bowl includes:

▪️curry of the day - usually this is quinoa with chickpea and pumpkin curry but can vary. Sometimes we have rice and peas and ackee and jackfruit instead.

▪️ courgette and carrot fritter topped with our homemade red pepper sauce

▪️fresh mixed salad with avocado

▪️anddd... a homemade spelt roti! A popular favourite at the cafe.

After weeks of recipe testing, we have settled on this as a hit -

Roast potatoes, creamy mushroom and leek pie, sage and onion stuffing, maple carrots, Brussels sprouts, Yorkshire pudding and gravy!
