Ever since he started cooking, something sparked within him, a realisation that food could be more than just sustenance, it became an expression of art.
From there, his path led him to France, where he refined his skills, then to Germany, where he explored new techniques. He found his place at Mucci’s, where every dish he creates is a reflection of his journey.
“I never looked at food as work, it’s always been my natural craft, something I could give to the world,” Luis says. “And here, at Mucci’s, I’m able to bring everything I’ve learned into every dish from scratch to plate.”
