Situation out there is not the best, the struggle is real. Lack of staff, costs that are rising, recession are not helping.

While the main focus for Santa Maria was the original and traditional neapolitan pizzeria, for Vergine Maria will the vegan. We will finally experiment and try all the vegan options we had in mind for years, all the things we had in mind and all the pizza people has asked, but never made because we had a different mission. This time we’ll dare!

Here is our take on Mac and cheese. We tested it and we thought that it was incredible and can’t wait to have it on a daily basis!!

Sorry if we have been quiet, but e are working for you.

Testing and trying more pizza. This one with mozzarella (vegan of course!), pesto (erm...of course vegan as well), sundried tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes and Chilly.

Simple and fresh, ready for summer !
