🍻Father’s Day Afternoon Tea🍻
We’ve long neglected the dads at the tea room, but not anymore! This year we will be hosting our first ever Father’s Day Afternoon Tea! Think mini Yorkshire Rarebit, Sausage Rolls, Cheese Scones with chutney, bite sized Chocolate Guinness Cake, all washed down with a free bottle of beer or ale!
And not that we’re ones for gender stereotypes, if you think your dad would prefer our usual sweet Afternoon Tea and a glass of fizz, that will also be on offer. 12pm or 2pm, booking is essential 🥳

A little PSA from us - we will be taking a very MINI break next week and will be closed Wed, Thu & Friday - but open again from Saturday!

It’s our second workshop of the year and it comes from the wonderfully talented ! If you caught her exhibition with us earlier in the year, then this is your chance to learn all about cyanotype. Angela will guide you through the whole process from start to finish, and you’ll leave the day with a new skill and your very own original artwork!

The day includes:
- all materials and equipment
- welcome tea / coffee
- lunch
- your very own cyanotype artwork

🦋Glass Mosaic Dragonfly Workshop🦋
We’re excited to announce our first (of many!) workshops this year with the newest member of and local mosaicist Emily Davies!

Emily will host a full day workshop in our Loft space, where you will learn to craft and create a glass mosaic dragonfly. The day will involve expert tuition from Emily as she helps you through every step of the process - from initial design, cutting glass tiles, fixing them and finally grouting to finish a piece you can take home with you.

The day includes:
- all materials and safety wear
- welcome tea / coffee
- lunch
- mid afternoon cake
- your very own dragonfly!

After the success of our Christmas fair last year, we’ve got another group of talented local crafters and makers from Lockton, Levisham & beyond for our first ever SPRING Craft Fair!

You’ll find some familiar makers and some new ones too! We’ll be hosting them upstairs in our Loft space while serving our usual sweet and savoury goodies downstairs.
