Few of the dishes this week:

Korean glazed pork belly.
Sous vide pork belly pressed overnight and fried following a sticky soy, pork juice and cranberry glaze 🤤

Steak ciabatta.
Simple seasoning and quick fry of the steaks accompanied with homemade honey mustard dressing, rocket and lemon caramelised onions 🤩

Fried chicken ciabatta.
Panko fried chicken with paprika,cajun,oregano,chilli and garlic seasoning finished with a pineapple habanero hot sauce 🤌🏻

Fajita wraps.
Pulled chicken breast with fajita, fresh coriander and lemon seasoning topped with cheddar cheese and chilli salsa accompanied with sour cream and guacamole on the side 🔥

One from a couple of weeks ago at the Forresters arms loanhead for a BBQ before the Scotland game.

Sous vide pork belly for 4 hours, pressed over night then barbecued and lastly Korean soy, apple, ginger and garlic glaze brushed over it 🤤
