☕️🪂 FROM BEAN & BANTER… TO FEAR & FREEFALL! 🪂☕️
Most days on here we’re talking coffee, cake, breakfasts and everything happening at Bean & Banter.
Today, we’re asking you for something a little different. ❤️
Many of you will have met Michelle in the cafe my mum, occasional extra pair of hands, chief supporter… and a woman who is quite literally PETRIFIED of heights. 😳
So naturally, what has she agreed to do?
JUMP OUT OF AN AEROPLANE. 🪂
Yes. Really.
And this one is very close to the Bean & Banter heart.
I lost my dad, Gareth, to cancer. During those incredibly difficult final weeks, Gareth received hospice care at home put together in a hurry … With the help of others me, Michelle and their family navigated a time they could never have imagined facing.
They now fully appreciate the value, the difference the services of a Hospice can make to families facing a turning point in life, to hold onto dignity, find peace.
It’s one of those services you hope your family will never need.
But when you do need it, you realise just how precious it is. ❤️
So Michelle … fuelled by a latte courage and presumably several strong coffees ☕️😳 is joining three other equally brave (or equally bonkers!) people for a tandem skydive in aid of Nightingale House Hospice.
They are jumping in memory of three very special people:
