🚨 HIATUS CUSTOMERS — CAN YOU HELP US? ☕️🧡
We want Hiatus Coffee to be as accessible, comfortable and welcoming as possible for everyone who visits us, and we need your help to understand where we can do better.
Accessibility can mean different things to different people.
It might be about physical access, mobility, seating, getting around the site, sensory needs, information, visiting with children, caring for someone else, or simply whether the space feels easy and comfortable to use.
And rather than us trying to guess what matters most, we want to hear directly from the people who actually visit us.
You might be someone who…
☕ pops in regularly for a coffee
🐶 visits with your dog
👨👩👧 comes with children or family
🌿 stops by while walking around Swiss Valley
♿ has an accessibility or mobility requirement
🧠 has sensory or additional needs
❤️ supports or cares for somebody who does
Whatever brings you here, your experience could highlight something we’ve never considered before.
The aim is simple: to understand what makes visiting Hiatus easy, what can make it more difficult, and what changes could help make the experience more inclusive and accessible for more people.
It only takes a few minutes, and we’d genuinely really value your input. 🫶

And if you know someone who visits Hiatus or Swiss Valley and might have a different experience from your own, please share it with them too.
The more different experiences we hear about, the better we can understand what people actually need. 🧡
Thank you for helping us make Hiatus Coffee more accessible for everyone. ☕️🌿
