We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate must have previous kitchen management experience and be confident in leading, motivating and training a team. You’ll need to be organised, hands-on and able to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

•Has proven experience in a Kitchen Manager or senior kitchen role
•Can confidently lead, train and motivate a team
•Has a real passion for food and the hospitality industry
•Is flexible and reliable
•Can work during summer holidays and the Christmas period
•Takes pride in maintaining high •standards of food quality, hygiene and service
•Is able to work well under pressure and lead by example
