Our name refers to a cooking technique which consists in barbecuing different cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken over a charcoal fire. How fast has that gone? Feels like yesterday I was dragging a leaking dishwasher with a mind of its own out of the restaurant 2 minutes before we welcomed our first guests! 😂

But what a time we’ve had so far! I’ve met so many amazing members of staff past and present! And of course Alex and Romeo who’ve been enjoying the ride since day one!

Once again thank you to all customers who’ve supported us over the years and continue to do so, it really means the world!
