When we asked to deliver this we was not phased, (honest 😁) . It's was a major milestone for Restaurant Projects to be involved and more importantly trusted to deliver Shake Shack's flagship store in Tower Bridge, this is our Third site for Shake Shake but this one was special. Effortlessly we delivered eveything from shell to completion in 8 weeks, with our own in house team and our own multi disciplined joinery and fabrications work shop CCS. We worked tirelessly but was relentless to get the job done. Another Principle Contractor project for us with full JCT design and build responsibilities. We did eveything on this site from start to finish with the help our dedicated and long term supply partners. A very special thanks goes to Barlows (UK) Ltd Mark Eccleston Ben Brandwood Middleby Marshall Stuart Grieves CFSP who all took the pressure off me and delivered when I asked! So on to the next one. Good luck Shake Shack and thank you for trusting Restaurant Projects to deliver this flagship store ❤️ 🍔 🍾

In as a little as 8 weeks Restaurant Projects have turned an unused empty shop in a busy area of Reading into our second full Principle Contractor Fitout build for Shake Shack. It's been a pleasure working with this client and everyone on this job. A lot of hours and dedicated work has gone into it. Including some very late nights. Eveything has been bespoke and made in house by our fabrications and joinery teams. Massive thanks to everyone involved, and especially our trusted partners Barlows (UK) Ltd and Mark Eccleston Brand Graphix who we have worked with on many of projects over many decades and trust them to deliver the same standards we deliver and to what our clients expect. Now we move quietly onto our next Shack having been awarded a few more 🙏 more updates to follow.
