‘Can you make my baby’s first birthday cake?’…. ABSOLUTELY 🥹🍓🍰🤍

What an honour! Our lovely client wanted a classic Victoria sponge cake. If you know me… Classic isn’t really my style 😅🫣 and I much prefer making raw cheesecake cakes but i simplified (kinda 🤣!)
& Had so much fun creating this for such a special occasion! I also remembered just how good a classic Victoria sponge is?! 🥰

Of course I put my own spin on things, organic fruit topping, sweetened with apple juice, help from my herbal allies with the use of hibiscus for an antioxidant boost! 🌺
Cream & frosting made from coconut cream, homemade chocolate to coat the strawberries.
Topped with coconut flakes and freeze dried raspberries. 😍

Plant based, but shhh we won’t tell the rest of the family 🤫 you’d never know this was a healthy, organic and plant based twist on the classic Victoria sponge. 🍰

Just a heads up, we are OUT OF OFFICE until end of July! 🥰

Guess who’s back!… TRIBE TREATS 🧁✨ (for one week only!!!)

After a lot of travelling, retreats, festivals, up and down the country and across Europe!… We’re back for Liverpool orders and surrounding areas!

Luxury raw caramel shortbread cake 🫶🏼

This wasn’t our usual celebration cake, in fact it was a ‘thinking of you and we hope you’re alright’ cake.
Because life isn’t always celebrations sometimes it’s condolences too. ❤️‍🩹

I really wanted to honour that within this cake so as always, I chose the highest quality organic ingredients and paired them with my herbalism knowledge.

I chose to infuse the cake with lions mane mushroom to help subtlety improve mood, brain function and stress relief.

Maca Root for women’s health & hormone balance.

Homemade Pistachio cream for melatonin and magnesium production. Pistachio felt important to add for its delicious taste alongside chocolate but also to help regulate sleep cycles & circadian rhythm.

I chose ceremonial grade cacao for the chocolate topping.
Ceremonial grade cacao contains phenylethylamine, known as the “love molecule” 💓
Cacao also contains theobromine which is known to relax muscles, airways, dilates blood vessels & improves blood flow. Literally AND scientifically relaxing body after consumption.

As cacao also contains tyrosine which is an amino acid used to make dopamine (happy hormone) I think it’s clear to see why I love using ceremonial grade cacao! 🥰🍫

I chose to make a cacao Hamsa hand to top off the cake. The Hamsa is a universal sign of protection, power and strength. Known to ward off evil and bring good fortune. 🪬

If this cake can be a reminder of anything let it be that the plant & nature kingdom is here to support us on so many levels. 🧬🌿🍄‍🟫
and also… be kind. Everyone we meet is fighting a battle we know little about. 🕊️🫶🏼🤍

My vision was… ‘a whimsical graze table fit for a fairy picnic’ and it definitely came to life 🧚🥙🤍✨

Thank you to for having us cater your beautiful retreat. ‘Return home to yourself’ we all definitely did that through a day of yoga, breath-work, sound healing, shadow work, fire ceremony and so SO much more.

As always everything was 100% plant based, organic focused, seed oil free, gluten free, no refined sugars. Just pure nourishing goodness 🤍

1. Strawberry, vanilla & raspberry cheesecake
2. Lions Mane mushroom caesar salad, topped with h**p seeds and tahini drizzle
3. Beetroot hummus
4. Spanish style omelette, chickpea tu’NAH sourdough baguette
5. Tomato & red pepper gf pasta
6. Roasted butternut squash topped with pomegranate seeds, tahini and parsley

SOUL REVOLUTION… 🧚🎪🫶🏼🤍

I guess I’ll try and encapsulates the magic of this beautiful festival into words.
But just know that I won’t do it justice, and it truly has to be experienced to be felt. 🫶🏼

So much love and hard work and dedication goes into creating something like this & it is no easy task!
I am always in all of the love and support and just downright hard work that goes into creating this heartfelt gathering. 🤍

A special thank you to who Alex, Imani and Sav for the immense dedication that goes into creating this festival all year round.

On a personal note, I am so lucky to be surrounded with the beautiful people that are in my life who show up and help create this magic!!!
Our TRIBE team had 20 staff working around the clock, day and night in an immense heat wave and absolutely smashed it!!
