Introducing… Friday W**e Club! 🍷

Every Friday, we’ll be cracking open a bottle from the Farm Shop’s extensive range of w**e, giving you the chance to try something different.

To complement the w**e, we’ll also be pairing our selection with something delicious from the shop - all complimentary, of course!

Join us in the Farm Shop from 2pm-3pm every Friday, starting 9 October.

Christmas has arrived early🎄

Piled high with sparkling decorations, our Bauble Barn is looking absolutely beautiful!

Open daily until 31 December, we can’t wait to welcome you to this lovely festive corner of the estate.

Don’t worry if it’s a little too early for you, there are plenty of autumnal decorations to enjoy too!

A new season for Doddington 🍂

As we begin to embrace autumn, we wanted to take a minute to reflect on what an epic summer we had!

From our annual Sculpture event to opening the Wild House, we have had some monumental moments - which included launching a brand new website.

Built in partnership with the incredible team at Root Studio in Lincoln, our new site brings together all of our events, experiences and activities in one clear, connected place.

We are immensely proud of what we’ve created, so if you haven’t seen it yet we encourage you to dive in and take a look!

The time has come for our Military Uniform Collection to close its doors for the year ⚔

Thank you so much to everyone who visited in 2026 - and for the volunteers who so kindly manage the collection for us.

We will be hosting our last two tours of the season on the following dates:

· Thursday 1 October: 11am
· Tuesday 20 October: 10.30am

Tours are free to attend, but booking is required - head to our website to secure your spot.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for our little ‘humbugs’, with plenty of snuffling and exploring as they find their feet at Wilder Doddington 🐽🌿

And when it all gets a bit much, there’s always time for a piggle pile and a good snooze. We wonder what they’re dreaming of?

Mum and her piglets are currently tucked away in a private area of the estate, giving them the time and space they need to settle in.

Meet Donald, our gigantic pumpkin! 🎃

With just a week to go until our Pumpkin Patch opens, it seemed like the right time to introduce you to our newest arrival.

On display in the Farm Shop throughout October, we’re inviting you to guess the weight of this magnificent beast. Guess correctly and you’ll win free entry to Christmas at the Hall!

When the Pumpkin Patch closes, we’ll also be selling Donald’s seeds, giving you the chance to grow your very own giant pumpkin next year.

So… any guesses? Pop into the Farm Shop and let us know! 👀

It’s scarecrow season! 🌾

Our annual Scarecrow Competition returns this October half term, bringing a colourful cast of characters to Doddington.

This year, local schools and community groups are invited to get creative with the theme: Famous Film Characters.
