It’s Friday Bargain day. We have been very busy this week but there is bargains to be had. Children’s chicken tikka meals only 50p. Lots of fresh tomato,peppers ,onions,baking potatoes and red cabbage. In the freezer we have m&s southern fried chickens £2.50. M&S chicken strips £1.00. Assorted stone baked pizzas at £1.25. Today we launch are all day breakfast for only £5

Did you ever wonder what happens at Mint Lane on a Tuesday.We have a team of volunteers from Let them eat cake providing showers and laundry facilities 10am until 2pm. Tuesday is a very busy day although the cafe and shop are closed there’s lots to be done.Around 10am the Fare Share delivery arrives and it’s all hands on deck.From fresh fruit and vegetables to milk, pizzas,half chickens,pizzas, bread, tinned foods and lots more. It takes us all day to get everything ready to open at 10am on Wednesday morning.There are lots of bargains . Mint Lane and the cafe are open to the public 10 am until 2.30pm Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. We are open to absolutely everyone .

It’s come round to Friday again that means Friday Bargains We have punnets of strawberries 50p
Tubs of cherry tomatoes 50p. Peppers,mushrooms and potatoes 10p an item. Bags of eating apples 50p. 10% fat minced lamb just £3 for 500g Real flame grilled chicken fillets snack packs. £1. Potato salad 50p. Stuffed peppers 50p Large frozen pizzas £1.50. Smoked ham ,mushroom and mascarpone lattice 75p Don’t leave it to late they will sell out quickly

It’s bargain Friday at Mint Lane today. All pre-packed fruit and vegetables only 25p. Cooked half chickens only £1. Stone crust pizzas only £1. Bunches of 6 bananas 50p. Why not stop and have a snack in our cafe today’s soup is parsnip and apple with homegrown sage at £1.50. Pork and herb sausage butties £2 Cheese Omelette with side salad £2.50 Cafetière of coffee and pots of tea £1.50 Come and see what Mint Lane has to offer

Good morning this lovely sunny morning.Mint lane wellbeing hub is open 10-3 Wednesday,Thursday and Friday why not pop into our cafe all freshly cooked with locally sourced ingredients and our shop is open with some real bargains Minced turkey £2 , half chickens£2.50,Waitrose outdoor bred sausage rolls £2, M&S French butter £1.50 lots of fresh vegetables bargains . We've had a very busy morning restocking the market for you all!

We've got bargains galore:

A Huge Thank You to Trussell Food bank for making a wonderful donation of catering sized tins! 🙌♥️

We're currently planning recipes ready for next week using some of the tins.

If you're in and passing by, why not pop in for tea or coffee - only £1.50!

We also have a breakfast menu from 10am till 12pm and lunch is served from 12pm till 2pm with a main course available for £3.

And of course our Mint Lane Market is open with plenty of delicious foods available at reasonable prices (perfect for making wholesome meals over the summer hols).

Involve Lincoln Thanks for the lemonbalm chat to the man on Lincoln High Street. He spotted the herbs 🌿 in my bike basket and told me about his 80 year old Mum's joyful herb garden full of golden oregano and lemon balm. I'd just done gardeningclub where we had been trimming back the lemonbalm.
