Today we’re celebrating one of our absolute favourites behind the bar… our wonderful supervisor Niamh! 🦁🐍

Niamh is a constant pleasure to work with and brings so much positivity, kindness and energy to every shift. She’s always there to support the team, look after our guests and make sure everything runs smoothly. Her hard work, dedication and brilliant attitude make her a huge part of what makes the Lion & Snake such a great place to be.

Whether she’s behind the bar, helping the team out, or making everyone smile, Niamh always goes above and beyond — and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team. ✨

Today is an extra special day too, as Niamh is graduating at Lincoln Cathedral! 🎓⛪ A massive congratulations to her on this amazing achievement.
